The upcoming film “Kollywood” was officially announced on Friday 16th March at the Bajeko Sekuwa restaurant in Gaushala. Kollywood is being produced by Mr. Kumar Khadka and is being directed by Navraj Acharya. Former Miss. Nepal runner up Sahana Bajracharya has been signed up to play as the lead actress for the movie, while the male lead will be given to Bishnu Karki. The movie revolves around characters depicted by Karki and Bajracharya and will expose the struggle and hardship behind the glitz and glamor that our film stars reside. Screenwriter and music director for the movie, Pradeep Bastola has already declared “this will be undoubtedly the best film of the year”.  He also announced that the film would be a bonafide film in the Nepali film industry. The film will start shooting in Jestha 1st.
